Build combines AI technology with industry expertise to help organizations across the built environment streamline project planning, due diligence, and development workflows. Following a successful pilot, Tishman Speyer will leverage the platform to support research and analytical workflows related to its industrial investments, reflecting the firm's continued focus on thoughtfully applying emerging technologies to support its investment process.
In addition to becoming one of Build’s first institutional customers, Tishman Speyer has made an investment in the company through its TS Ventures platform.
