Phase 2: Core Workflow Integration
Once the team has confidence in AI output quality, move to the workflows that directly affect deal decisions. This phase requires more careful implementation — errors here have capital consequences.
Underwriting and financial modeling. AI can now populate pro forma assumptions from market data, run sensitivity analyses, and flag outliers in cost estimates.
